CHAKRA SOUND BATH

Chakras are the energy centers of your body. If they are open, energy flows freely, and you feel centered and at peace. If they become blocked, mental/physical/ spiritual health can suffer. I use quartz crystal bowls and other instruments to generate the sound of each chakra. Along with guided mantras, you can clear your energy centers for health and wholeness. Bring yoga mat, pillows, blankets- whatever makes you comfortable. I will also have extras.
