What is a Life-Coach?

I am a trained professional to assist you in realizing your goal and to empower you to move yourself forward.  Coaching is a self-discovery process where you will tap into your strengths and inner-wisdom to discover and bring forth new aspects of yourself or direction for a fresh way forward.  Our work can expand your possibilities and perspectives to see multiple plans of action.  I will help you clarify your goal, articulate it, challenge you to take the risks, support you as you do so and celebrate your accomplishments.

I will offer you several ways to clarify your goal and help you determine priorities or steps towards success. I believe you have the answers you seek and know your best path forward. Together, we will discover what is sabotaging your success and create strategies to move past roadblocks.

What is a Spiritual Director?

I am a trained spiritual director who will walk alongside you as you focus on the spiritual aspects of your life.  Are you seeing a greater relationship with the Divine? Are you stuck in doubt and not sure if/ what you believe? Do you describe yourself as “religious,” but your experience seems lacking?  Do you describe yourself as “spiritual,” but aren’t sure how to go deeper into your soul journey?  Are you searching for language to express higher consciousness? These are components of spiritual direction. 

My Approach

I will join you in creating sacred time and space in our session together. I will listen deeply for whispers of Divine movement, encounters and help you awaken to the sacred already moving in your life. I can offer spiritual practices to enhance your journey and support you wherever you find yourself on your spiritual path.

There is no charge for an introduction session for individual work of life-coaching or spiritual direction. Make an appointment for an initial meeting to determine if I am the right coach for you.
